1. Definitions
- "Senara" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" — the business operating under the name Senara at 9 Phang Nga Road, Talat Yai, Muang, Phuket 83000, Thailand.
- "Service" — the information and document organisation support sessions offered by Senara, including but not limited to the Gentle Paperwork Tidy-Up, Learn-the-Basics Group Sessions, and the Whole-Household Records Programme.
- "User" / "You" — any individual who accesses our website, enquires about our services, or engages us for a session.
- "Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions, together with any booking confirmation we issue.
- "Session" — any individual, group, or household meeting conducted under a booked and paid service.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an enquiry via our website, booking a session, or attending a session, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions. You also confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are making a booking on behalf of another person or a household, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
3. Service Description
Senara provides document organisation and plain-language information support for retirement-related matters. Our services are educational and organisational in nature. They do not constitute financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, or any other form of regulated professional advice.
Our services are offered from our Phuket office and are conducted in English. Sessions may be available by prior arrangement for clients in the wider southern Thailand region.
4. Bookings and Payment
Sessions are confirmed upon receipt of payment in full. Prices are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of printed materials described in each service option. Payment is accepted by bank transfer or in cash at our office. We do not process card payments online.
- Cancellations with more than 5 working days' notice: full refund
- Cancellations with 2–5 working days' notice: 50% refund
- Cancellations with less than 2 working days' notice: no refund, though we will endeavour to reschedule where possible
If Senara needs to cancel a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
5. User Responsibilities
When using our website or engaging our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when making an enquiry or booking
- Treat our staff with respect during sessions
- Not use our website or services for any unlawful purpose
- Not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our printed or digital materials without written permission
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including text, layout, and printed session materials — is the property of Senara and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. Session materials provided to you are for your personal use only and may not be reproduced for commercial distribution.
7. Disclaimers
Our services are informational and organisational only. We do not:
- Provide financial advice, investment advice, or tax advice
- Provide legal advice or act as a legal representative
- Make representations about the outcome of any process you undertake with official bodies
- Retain or act as a custodian for your documents
Nothing in our sessions or materials should be relied upon as professional advice for your specific personal circumstances. For matters requiring such advice, you should consult a qualified and registered professional.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Thai law, Senara's liability for any claim arising from use of our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses. This includes any losses arising from reliance on information provided during sessions for purposes beyond personal organisational use.
We are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including events that prevent the delivery of a booked session.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Senara and its staff from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our services.
10. Termination
Either party may end the service engagement with reasonable notice. If you choose to discontinue a multi-session programme part way through, the refund terms in Section 4 apply proportionally to the remaining unused sessions. Senara reserves the right to decline future bookings from a user who has acted in breach of these Terms.
11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve the matter informally. If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Phuket Province, Thailand.
12. General Provisions
- Entire agreement: These Terms, together with any booking confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and Senara.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
- No waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
