About Senara
Helping people feel at ease with retirement paperwork
A small, friendly office in Phuket where the focus is always on making things clearer, never more complicated.
Back to HomeOur Story
How Senara came to be
Senara was set up by a small team who had watched family members and friends struggle with retirement paperwork — not because the documents were especially complicated, but because nobody had taken the time to sit down and explain things clearly.
The office opened on Phang Nga Road in the mid-2010s with a simple aim: to be the kind of calm, patient resource that people approaching retirement actually need. Not a financial adviser, not a legal firm — just a knowledgeable, approachable place where questions are welcome and nothing is rushed.
Over the years we have helped hundreds of individuals and families in Phuket and across the south of Thailand bring order to their paperwork and feel more confident navigating the official processes involved in retirement planning.
Our Mission
What we are here to do
We believe that everyone deserves to feel in control of their own retirement documents, regardless of how daunting the paperwork may seem at first. Our work is purely informational and organizational — we explain, we sort, we label, and we make sure you know where everything is.
We are not financial advisers and we are not a legal service. That is a deliberate choice, not a limitation. Staying clearly within the role of an information and organization provider means we can speak frankly without conflict of interest.
Clarity first. Every session ends with you understanding more than when you arrived.
No pressure, ever. We work at your pace and never push you toward a decision.
Discretion always. Your documents and personal matters are handled with full respect and care.

How We Work
Our working standards
These are the principles that guide every session and every interaction at Senara.
Document Discretion
We do not keep copies of your personal documents. Papers reviewed during sessions are returned to you immediately. Nothing leaves the room without your consent.
Clear Scope of Work
We make it clear at the start of every engagement what our role is and is not. We do not offer advice on personal circumstances — we provide information and organize records.
Plain-Language Commitment
All materials and explanations use plain, everyday language. Where official terminology is unavoidable, we explain it in straightforward terms and include it in our glossaries.
Referral to Official Sources
For anything that requires formal guidance — specific to your personal circumstances — we refer you to the appropriate official bodies or qualified professionals, not to ourselves.
Personal Data Care
Any contact details you share with us are held securely and used only to follow up on your enquiry or session booking. We do not share your data with third parties.
Ongoing Quality Review
We ask every client for feedback after their session and use those responses to keep improving our materials, our approach, and the clarity of what we provide.
Our Approach
Thoughtful support for a significant life stage
Retirement brings with it a particular kind of paperwork — pension statements, bank documentation, residency records, health and property files. In isolation each document is manageable. Together they can feel like a great deal to keep track of, especially when they come from different countries, different systems, and different points in a life that has moved around.
Senara was built around the idea that a small amount of organized attention — a session or two, a folder, a printed summary — can make a very large difference to how in control a person feels. We are not here to complicate things further. We are here to help you find and organize what you already have.
Our work covers a practical range: helping you understand which official documents are commonly needed for pension-related matters, how those documents are typically organized, and where to find the relevant official bodies for anything that requires formal guidance.
We work with individuals approaching retirement, people who are already retired and want their affairs in better order, and families who want to make sure that a household's important records are clear and accessible to more than one person. All sessions are conducted in English at our Phuket office, and everything we do is designed to leave you feeling clearer and calmer than when you arrived.
