Common Questions
Things people often ask
What exactly does Senara do?
We help people organize and understand the paperwork associated with retirement and pension matters. That might mean sorting through scattered documents, providing plain-language explanations of official processes, or helping a whole household create a tidy records system. We do not offer financial or legal advice — we focus on information and organization.
Do I need to have my documents in order before I come?
Not at all. Many people come to us precisely because their papers feel scattered or overwhelming. Bringing things as they are is perfectly fine — that is often exactly where we start.
How long does a session typically take?
The Gentle Paperwork Tidy-Up is usually a half-day session, though this can vary depending on how many documents are involved. The group sessions run across several shorter meetings spread over a few weeks. The Whole-Household Records Programme is the most involved and is typically spread across a few visits.
Is this suitable for people who are not Thai nationals?
Yes. Our sessions are conducted in English and we are familiar with the documentation landscape relevant to expatriates and retirees living in Thailand. We can help with understanding general processes and where to find official guidance, regardless of your nationality.
Can my spouse or family member join a session?
Yes, and we actively encourage it for the household programme. Having the same understanding across a family makes future paperwork much simpler for everyone involved.
What happens with my documents and personal information?
We handle your documents with care and discretion. We do not retain copies of your personal papers. Any information shared with us during sessions is treated in line with our Privacy Policy, which you are welcome to read before getting in touch.
How do I get started?
Simply send us a message or give us a call. We will have a brief conversation to understand your situation and suggest which option might suit you best. There is no obligation to proceed.
